This month, as we celebrate Women’s History Month, we take a moment to recognize some of the incredible women at Movaci who have built careers in technology, taken on leadership roles, and continue to break barriers in an industry where women remain underrepresented. 

These are just four of the many talented women on our team, each making a difference in cybersecurity, network engineering, IT support, and system management.

Tanya K. – 15 Years of Leadership in IT Operations

With 15 years at Movaci, Tanya is one of our longest-standing team members—and for good reason. She leads Movaci’s largest and most technically demanding team, overseeing the management of over 2,000 systems globally, spanning web servers, phone systems, SQL databases, domain controllers, and more. She is fluent in Microsoft, Linux, Unix, and macOS environments and was one of Movaci’s first MCSE-certified engineers, now holding over eight advanced technical certifications.

Beyond her technical expertise, Tanya is passionate about continuous learning and believes that technology’s evolution will shape the future. She’s not just a leader in IT—she’s also a wife, mother, and adventurer, proving that you can thrive in both your career and personal life.

Bella B. – Powerhouse of the Global Service Desk

In just over a year, Bella has become an essential part of Movaci’s Global Service Desk, ensuring customers receive top-tier IT support and quick resolutions to their technical challenges. Her curiosity and drive make her a rising star in IT support and cybersecurity.

Bella sees Movaci as a tribe—a team that supports each other, where every problem is an opportunity to create better, more systematic solutions. She values collaboration and knowledge-sharing, which has helped her grow quickly in the field.

Outside of IT, Bella is an artist and tattooist, using creativity as a way to relax and express herself. For her, technology and art both require focus, patience, and precision—and she excels in both.

From troubleshooting complex networking issues to ensuring businesses stay seamlessly connected, she plays a key role in Movaci’s system management team.

What makes Pam stand out is her collaborative spirit and drive to improve IT systems. She thrives on learning, problem-solving, and making technology accessible to everyone. She believes IT security is fun, dynamic, and open to everyone—especially women who want to make a real impact.

Anna Y. – The Network Ninja Keeping the World Connected

Anna makes networks work—period. She specializes in Cisco and Ubiquiti infrastructure, managing routers, switches, wireless gateways, and even IP security cameras across the globe. Whether it’s configuring networks through a Cisco IOS command line or using Ubiquiti’s software-defined interfaces, Anna ensures Movaci’s customers stay online and secure.

Her love for technology started young—she was always fascinated by computers and later discovered network engineering, which she sees as the backbone of modern technology.

Outside of work, Anna is a vinyl DJ, blending her love for music with her technical skills. Her passion for both precision engineering and creative expression makes her a truly well-rounded IT professional.
